I do not have a landline. Will you be able to supply me with a number?
Yes. Using our Smart Numbers system, we can provide you with an Irish number in the region you wish your business to be based or create the greatest presence for your organisation.
Can I keep my current landline number?
Yes. If you have an existing landline number, it can be diverted to our system meaning we can answer your calls seamlessly without you having to change your existing business cards, advertising etc.
Can you transfer the calls to my mobile / landline? Is there an additional cost for this?
We certainly can. Please check with your current telecoms provider to verify any additional cost.
How long does it take to get my account set up?
Once we have provided you with a Smart Number / diverted your number to our system and developed your unique script, we can have you set up in as little as 24 hours.
If I go over the number of calls / messages in my package, will I be charged and what will be charged?
We will monitor your call count and notify you if you are likely to go over the allotted calls / messages for your package. We would then suggest upgrading to the next package.
What are smart numbers?

What is your minimum contract term?
For our standard packages, there is a 3 month minimum term contract.
Do you outsource your services to call centres outside Ireland?
No – your Call Pal PAs operate in Ireland.
When my clients call, will they know they are through to a call answering service?
No – our Call Pal PA team will answer calls in your company name, acting as a smooth, efficient extension of your business.
What types of businesses do you offer your services to?

If I need to change the package I am on at short notice, can you do this?
We will gladly up or downgrade your package depending on your business’ ongoing requirements.
Do you use a template / script when you receive calls?
Yes. We work with each of our clients individually to help develop a script that is best suited to their business.
Do you just do call answering or do you provide other services?

Call answering / telephone answering is a service whereby a third party answers calls in your company name and forwards the details of the call to you by text / email.
What is an overflow service?
There can be times where your team may be over-stretched or unavailable to answer the phone. During these periods where call volumes are higher than usual we help to reduce stress during by making sure there is always someone at the end of the line. Call Pal can be activated when you need additional assistance with your call volumes.
