Are you agile enough to keep up?

First day back to work after a trying Christmas, and with all first days, it comes with highs and lows. Covid has not only had an impact on our office, but a large portion of our clients must restrict their movements. We have learned from the past 22 months that we can get through anything if we work together.

Our agile working styles ensure our staff can flip to remote working in a matter of hours. Our clients can either use us for all their calls or outsource to help with call volumes, especially if they are also working from home. Our job is to ensure our client’s customers don’t feel any impact even though work practices may change. Not only have we been there to assist their incoming calls, but for some clients, they have entrusted Call Pal with the job of reaching out to their clients and rescheduling appointments.

In true Call Pal fashion, the team have not only come back to work in another testing time but have ensured customer service is at the forefront of the service we provide. We are not saying that the coming weeks and months won’t throw more curveballs and challenges, but we must remain optimistic that we are on the right track with a great time and agile systems to make 2022 the year of Call Pal!
