2021 a Year in Review

As we wish a fond farewell to 2021, we look back at a few of Call Pal’s key takeaways of the year.
MARCH

In March, we, along with Gray Office Park, raised an Amazing €2,200 for the Irish Cancer Society. We followed this up with Donna raising €850 in May for Pieta’s Darkness into Light and, finally, we have raised over €500 this month so far for Women’s Aid.

Also, in March, we earned All-Star Business Accreditation. What is the All-Star Business Accreditation? It’s a certification that celebrates your business success and entrepreneurship in a way that positions your business, your product or service as best in class, all of which builds more trust, more authority and credibility than you could ever do on your own.

JUNE

In June this year, we made the big move to Saturday Openings. You can now enjoy our Call Pal service six days a week. Plans are already in the works to see this expanded again to 24/7/365. So, stay tuned!

JULY

July was the month Call Pal became a Limited company. We don’t want to bore you with the business jargon relating to this, but it was an exciting move for Call Pal and a testament to all the work of our Managing Director, Rachael.

OCTOBER

In October, we sent out our annual customer satisfaction survey. We want to thank everyone that completed the survey. Your feedback is vital to us as it helps us improve our service. The team were overjoyed to receive a 9.1/10 satisfaction rating.

AND FINALLY…

And finally, this year we entered our 5th year in operation. In that time, we have seen our team grow from 2 employees when we started to 15 this year.  We would like to thank everyone who has supported us on this journey, especially our 200 customers (Another great milestone we hit in 2021).
