So far, over 800 women entrepreneurs have benefited from this initiative. Participants are offered a unique learning environment with a peer-led approach based on the Lead Entrepreneur’s shared experiences and the other participants facing everyday challenges. The roundtables are led by experienced Lead Entrepreneurs, who give their time voluntarily to meet with a small group of women owner-managers to support their development.
