Front Desk Receptionist (Call Answering)
Location: Gray Offices, Galway, County Galway
Job description
We are looking for a New Receptionist in Galway City. Ideal candidates would have at least 1 year of previous experience in a front of house role or similar. This is a customer facing role that includes managing a busy switchboard answering calls for multiple businesses.
Responsibilities
- Meet & Greet visitors and clients in a positive and friendly manner.
- Assisting individuals with queries.
- Managing a busy switchboard. This will include answering calls for many businesses in their business name – diverting calls or taking messages and forwarding these messages via email & SMS.
- Diary Management for our boardrooms
- Customer-facing role
- General administration tasks
- Ensuring the reception area and building are kept to Gray Offices standard.
- General reception duties
- Promptly and efficiently taking and relaying messages to our clients.
- To communicate our services and facilities to all clients as required.
- To deal with requests, queries and suggestions quickly and efficiently.
- To ensure that the client’s needs and requirements are met.
- Ad hoc Administration Work
