Call Pal is a telephone answering company. We answer calls for businesses nationwide in their company name and act as an extension to their business. We handle calls for all types of businesses throughout Ireland, dealing with both small and large businesses.


Front Desk Receptionist/ Call Answering

We are currently looking for a front desk receptionist and switchboard operator with passion and a dedicated attitude to assist Gray Office Park team, maintaining our exceptional standard of service and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To meet and greet all visitors, clients and calls, both internal and external, with a warm, welcoming greeting and in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Managing the front desk
  • Managing a busy switchboard. This will include answering calls for many businesses, in their business name – diverting calls or taking messages and forwarding these messages via email & SMS.
  • Promptly and efficiently taking and relaying messages to our clients
  • Manage boardroom bookings.
  • To communicate our services and facilities to all clients as required.
  • Assist potential clients with office viewings.
  • To deal with request, queries and suggestions quickly and efficiently.
  • To ensure that the client needs and requirements are met.
  • Ad hoc Administration Work
  • Learning about each client of Gray Office Park and how we can deliver a personalised service.
  • Dealing with enquiries and selling Gray Office Park services.
  • Managing the stock of cleaning products, stationary products and tea/coffee/milk etc…

Skills needed

We are looking for a reliable and friendly individual that can work as part of our busy team. If you have a good, clear and confident speaking voice, good computer skills and you’re able to think on your feet then apply using the button below.

  • Switchboard experience is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

  • To be patient and organised and be able to deal with a multitude of tasks and have the ability to prioritise these tasks.
  • To be willing and interested to learn about the surrounding areas so as to be able to advise clients.


  • Minimum one years’ experience working in main receptionist role
  • Excellent interpersonal skill
  • Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
